Meet your mates at THE LEGENDARY TARALGA RODEO held over the long weekend in January. Just 2 ½ hours from Sydney and 1 ½ hours from Canberra.
The Taralga Australia Day Rodeo incorporates many highlights, including the rodeo, country music night and the campdraft.
See the Australian sport of campdrafting and the young riders of tomorrow compete in the Junior Rodeo. Sit on the hillside and enjoy country music with a top band.
There are all kinds of rides, novelties, stalls, and food and drinks are always available. Don’t miss the man versus horse versus bike, cattle dog and yard dog trials and trick riding. Relax with your family on the tree-shaded hill or on one of the grandstands around the rodeo arena.
Please note the Taralga Rodeo Campdraft is run over the weekend prior to the Australia Day weekend.
