The cottage is on a busy road, in close proximity to sporting grounds, golf course, Crookwell Showground, pool and town amenities.
There is ample parking on the road. The driveway is very narrow and not suited to larger vehicles.
Split cycle air-conditioning is located in the middle lounge room and can be used to heat or cool the cottage. There is an oil heater in the front lounge room and a fan heater for front bedroom.
