Taralga Historical Society Museum

Visit the historical museum and step back in time in the colonial cottage, slab dairy, shearing shed, blacksmith complex and the recently added Nissen Hut.

The museum houses rare pieces of machinery used in the wool and shearing industry, dairy industry and tools used by blacksmiths. The cottage is furnished all with colonial style fittings and furnishings.

A worthwhile historical tour of the complex is available at reasonable prices. Morning tea and lunch can be arranged by appointment.
