In 2014 , Some Cafe started serving coffee and cake in Collector town hall every Sunday, as a way to get together with the locals.
Things took off and within a year they had found a space to make their own in Collector’s heritage listed Inn. With some helping hands from town and lots of paint, Some Café was born.
They operate five days a week serving breakfast, lunch, coffee and home made treats. They source the freshest ingredients possible, which usually happens to be closest to home. They use local free-range eggs, Three Mills Bread, Pialligo meat and locally grown fruit and veg.
The coffee is from Single O. These guys have the best beans and principles when it comes to fair trade and sustainability, and our single source milk is delivered direct from ‘The Little Big Dairy’, you can’t get much fresher than that!
